Introduction

LoftyWorks and Stripe have integrated to create a seamless way to collect rent from your tenants without needing to use multiple platforms.

Setup

Go to Settings > Integrations > Connect with your Stripe Account

Click "Connect" to open the Stripe account connector. Here you can either create a new account or log in using your existing account. 

Once you have successfully connected your account, you will be redirected to LoftyWorks and receive a confirmation message. Click "Configure Fees" to set up your fee structure. 

Transaction Fees

Stripe has a transaction fee, which LoftyWorks passes along to its users. You can choose to pay the transaction fee or pass it along to your tenants. 

• Toggle OFF: User to pay for fees. 

• Toggle ON: Tenant to pay all or a portion of transaction fees. You can set the fee pass through to be based on percentage or dollar amount. 

You are finished once you click "Submit".

What Your Tenant Sees

If you have integrated with Stripe Connect, your tenants can pay seamlessly through our Tenant Portal. This GIF shows how simple it is for a Tenant to pay you.
