Link a Conversation to a Property(s)/Parent Property(s)

Step 1

Identify the message that you would like to assign to a specific Property or Parent Property, from here select the arrow on the far right

Step 2

From here, you can select Link For More Information. This will open up a dialogue where you can then select which Property(s), Parent Property(s) & Tasks that you would like to link it to. 

In this example, our team is having problems at two of our Flats in Guildford Heights. 

Step 3

Once it has been linked, you can visit your Property and from here, select the tab Conversation History and you then have a record of this.
