Introduction

We have developed a best in-class Communications module within LoftyWorks that integrates all your current forms of Communication into one platform. We have integrated WhatsApp, Email, Internal Comms (through LoftyWorks) and Portal Messages (your invited Tenant and Landlords) into one cohesive inbox. In early next year, we will be introducing SMS configuration into the platform.

Within each account, we have also introduced two inboxes; Shared and Personal.

• • Shared - Shared Inboxes should be utilized for any shared inbox that the company uses. For example, you might have an info@ or rentals@ email address. These would get added as a Shared Account. In addition,
    • Any queries that get raised from Tenants or Landlords via our Internal Portals, will land in the Shared inbox of the account.
    • Every single User within the Workspace will be able to see this.
  • Personal - Personal Inboxes are utilized for any personal or individual inbox. Select this option to integrate your personal inbox.

  Emails can be moved to a shared or assigned to a private inbox for enhanced collaboration amongst the team.
