Introduction

LoftyWorks makes it extremely easy to manage rents. In this article, we will cover how to adjust the rent amount and billing cycle. 

The Process

To get started, perform a search for the rental property that has had a rent increase and then click "Contract". If there are many contracts displayed for the property, make sure to select the right one.

Under the Rent section, click Edit, and this will then allow you to update any of the details within this section, including the rent amount, billing cycle, or the day that rent is due. When you are finished editing, click Save. Any adjusted rent will automatically be applied when the next billing cycle runs.
