Annual Statements

It is sometimes required by landlords to produce a tax year statement. As with monthly statements, we can simply use the statement function on the Balance screen, and instead of entering dates for one month, we can enter dates for the entire year.

The dates for the tax year 2021-2022 have been entered in the example below. Some international landlords may also request a calendar year statement, which can be obtained by entering the relevant dates. This function is extremely versatile and comes in handy when a landlord requests financial information.
