Introduction
LoftyWorks provides a built-in tool that allows you to manage the bills and expenses that relate to the properties you work with. Bills can be created, and payments can be processed, directly within LoftyWorks, saving you time and effort. Bills are any expenses that you are responsible for paying. Before you can create a bill, you must add the vendor as a contact. (See: Adding a Contact)
Bills can include, but are not limited to:
- Maintenance Payments
- Landscaping Services
- Cleaning Services
- Legal Fees
In this Help Center article, we will cover the different ways you can create one-off and recurring bills in LoftyWorks.
