Linking a Landlord Structure to your Property

Once, you have added your Property to the system, you can add the Landlord associated with the Property. Once you have added the Property, go into the Details section and select Edit above the Landlord

Here, you will have an opportunity to select a Primary Landlord. Simply click on the box and search and tick your chosen Landlord.

If there are multiple Landlords linked the Property, you can utilise the Other Landlords box to add them. From here, you can search and select the Landlords that you would like to link to the Property. 

We understand that there are sometimes structures where you will need to split your Landlord pay-out between multiple different Landlord. If that is the case, then you can update the switch and enter the appropriate split percentage between each Landlord
