Updating your Property Status

Within LoftyWorks, we have created various Status related to Properties. These are useful because it will allow you to understand the state of your Portfolio at any given time. For example, if a Property has just been vacated by a Tenant that has just left, you can update the status to Vacant to reflect this. 

If you would like to update your Property status, you can go into your selected Property and select the Status icon on the far right and update to reflect its accurate status
