Interpreting Interested Properties and Suggested Properties

Within Lead Management, we have introduced two sections for Interested Properties and Suggested Properties. 

Within Interested Properties, it will show every single Property that your Applicant has shown an interest in to monitor which properties they have had an interaction with. If an Applicant has applied through RightMove, our internal marketing link, or has had a Viewing, they will appear on this list.

We have also introduced a section for Suggested Properties. If a Property is listed on LoftyWorks as Vacant, and the criteria matches what your Applicant has asked for - we cross reference Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Budget - then they will display on this list. From here, you can select Copy and share this Property with your Applicant.
