How to prepare your Property for Marketing

Step 1

Locate the Property that you are choosing to market, and select either:

1. The ... at the top right of your screen followed by Edit Details
2. Edit next to either Property Details, Photos & Videos or Marketing Details

From here, you will start a 4 Step Process to prepare your property for marketing

Screen 1 - Property Details

Here you will add information regarding the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as stating what the Rent Includes and any Amenities. We have included a default list of what we think are the most appropriate Amenities and Rent Inclusion, however, you can add custom ones by select Add More

Screen 2 - Photos & Videos

Here, you can upload any Photos & Videos that you would like to share as part of your Marketing. Just to note, we have a separate section for Floorplans so ensure not to include Floorplans in the general Photos section. 

Screen 3 - Marketing Details

In this final section, you input any information related to the price and general terms of the Property

Screen 4 - Preview and Publish

This final page does not involve any input from you, but is simply a preview page and allows you to post your Property to any marketing portals or to preview our internal Marketing link for LoftyWorks. After previewing, you can select Save

Step 3

You can now see your updated Property page with all the new information that you have populated. If you wish to make further changes, you can by selecting the ... available at the top right.
