Introduction
The Viewing Detail Page provides a complete overview of a scheduled or requested viewing. It helps agents and participants understand the viewing’s schedule, property details, and the actions they can take based on their role.

Accessing Viewing Detail Page
You can access this page by clicking on any viewing from the Viewing List or the Viewing Tab on Property Detail page:
Viewing List
Navigate to Sales > Viewings, and click the viewing line to get to the viewing detail page.
Viewings Tab
Navigate to Sales > Properties > Property Detail Page > Viewings Tab, and click the viewing line to get to the viewing detail page.
Viewing Detail Page Layout
Viewing Schedule
At the top of the page, you will see the core viewing information:
Date, time and duration
Viewing type – In-Person or Virtual Tour
Status – such as Pending, Upcoming or Completed
Past Due indicator – shown when a viewing has passed its scheduled time
Available actions – based on your role in the viewing and the viewing’s status
For Virtual Tour viewings, the meeting link is also displayed, with options to copy or join it.
Meeting links can only be used when the viewing is still Pending or Upcoming.
Property Overview
A concise section summarises the property being viewed, including:
Main property photo
Address
Price
Bedrooms, bathrooms and other details
This allows you to quickly confirm which property the viewing relates to.
Viewing Instructions
This section displays access instructions for the property.
Agents with the appropriate permission—primary negotiators, secondary negotiators and company owners/admins—can edit these instructions.
Clicking Edit icon at top right of viewing instruction tab opens the Viewing Instruction Configuration page in a new tab.
Updated instructions apply to all relevant upcoming viewings for the property and will affect future availability slots (based on access rules)

People Involved in the Viewing
The right-hand panel displays people involved in the viewing.
Organiser
Contact name, phone and email
The agent who arranged the viewing
If the viewing was requested by a viewer, the organiser automatically becomes the property’s primary negotiator.
Participants
The participants section is divided into several groups:
Accompanying Agent
Shown when different from the organiser
Displays the agent’s details

Includes approval status, depending on configuration
Awaiting Approval
Approved
Rejected
Owner
Shows name, phone and email (clickable)
Approval status follows the same rules as above
Viewer
Contact name, phone and email

Approval status:
If the viewer requested the viewing: Approved by default
Otherwise: Awaiting Approval, Rejected

Key notes for organisers:
Editing time/type resets all required approvals to Awaiting Approval.
Changing the accompanying agent may trigger a new approval.
Marking a viewing as Completed allows marking it as Not Attended.

Key notes for participant actions:
Rescheduling allows changing the time only.
Approval may be required depending on the viewing configuration.
Other Details about Viewing Detail Page
Virtual Tour
Meeting link is required and must be valid
Link can only be interacted with while status is Pending or Upcoming
Accompanying Agent
Default is the primary negotiator. Secondary negotiator can be selected
Time slots update based on the selected agent's availability and property's viewing configuration
When a Viewing Becomes Upcoming
A viewing moves from Pending → Upcoming only when all required participants have approved.
