New Contract Detail

In this update, we have enhanced the Contracts section and detail pages. While we were busy making the Contracts look great, we also snuck in significant enhancements to optimize page loading times. Our Developers are reporting that the Contracts page is loading twice as fast!

Contract List - New: 

• We have changed added a “Draft” filter tab, making it easier to find your pending Contracts. 
• The Date filters have been updated so you can find contracts depending on when they Start, End, or Renew.
• We have added a “Create Invoice” button directly on the List page.

• The address, status, and reference are visible no matter which tab you are on.  
• You can create an invoice from anywhere on the Property.
• We created a new “Financial” tab and filled it with your Rent, Invoicing, and Fee controls.

Property Photo Adjustment 

We're excited to introduce a highly requested feature that gives users greater control over their property photos. With this update, you now have the ability to effortlessly drag and reorder property photos to their liking.

This enhancement promises to streamline the photo management process, allowing users to arrange their property photos in the desired order with ease. Whether you're showcasing the interior design, highlighting key features, or simply organizing your visual assets, this feature empowers you to curate the perfect presentation for each property listing.

Custom Ledger Codes

In this update, we're excited to introduce the ability to set custom Ledger Codes, putting even more control in your hands. This feature empowers LoftyWorks UK users to tailor their accounting setup to better suit their unique requirements, bringing real-life alignment to the platform.

With an active Xero account connected, accessing and managing Ledger Codes in LoftyWorks is a breeze. Navigate to Settings > Ledger Codes, where you'll find a comprehensive overview. 

LoftyWorks will seamlessly sync any existing Ledger Codes, giving you the option to edit auto-matched codes or create new ones to align with your accounting needs.

This enhancement offers more flexibility, allowing for more granular control over your accounting processes. Creating custom codes is quick and straightforward with the new “Add" button. Simply enter the name, code, and specify whether it's an income or expense type, whether it should be included in Payouts, and you're all set to optimize your accounting setup.
