No great property management software is complete without a tenant portal. LoftyWorks' tenant portal allows your tenants to handle all of their communication and finance needs in one place. You will also be able to easily share documents with your tenants via the portal.

Invite a Tenant to the Portal

To invite a tenant to the portal, open their Contact record and click Send Invitation.

You will receive a pop up asking you to confirm which email the invite should be sent to:

Then your tenant will receive the invitation from hello@loftyworks.io. They will click Get Started to set up their tenant portal account. 

Communication

When tenants sign into the portal, they can message their Property Managers via the Communication tab. Tenants can include attachments, images, videos, or emojis. 

Finance

Tenants can view all upcoming payments, overdue invoices, and make payments directly within the portal.

Documents

Any document uploaded to the Contract that a tenant is linked to will sync to their tenant portal.

Report Issue

Tenants can use the LoftyWorks portal to report issues with their unit.
